Biomedical Polymers, Inc. provided the custom pad printing services on the Rotavirus Card found on the polypropylene lateral flow device we injection molded for use in the IVD industry.
Our custom pad printing produced clear, clean lettering that is properly centered top to bottom and left to right. Our quality- and detail-oriented employees made sure the printing was smudge-free and kept the lettering away from the various ports. We used an alcohol-resistant, customized blue ink. Each piece weighed about 8 grams.
We produced 1,000,000 in two to three weeks and delivered them to a customer in Cincinnati, Ohio.
