Plastic Injection Molding & Injection Blow Molding
Biomedical Polymers, Inc. is a global manufacturer specializing in the custom manufacture of both disposable and reusable small-to-medium plastic parts used in research, biomedical, and medical diagnostic laboratories. Our well-equipped, ISO 9001:2008-certified facility is one of the few that features both injection blow molding and plastic injection molding machinery, giving us the flexibility to produce short-to-medium size runs of a wide variety of sterile and non-sterile components, such as specimen storage and collection containers, centrifuge bottles, and a wide assortment of vials, beakers, and sample preparation products. We work with a large range of materials, including polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene, and thermoplastics, and can custom formulate polymers to meet specific application needs.
Based on your requirements, our team of skilled industrial engineers and technicians can develop simple single cavity molds, all the way up to complex, multi-cavity, high-volume production molds with interchangeable inserts to efficiently run a full range of container sizes. Our latest technology inspection and monitoring equipment ensures all components are manufactured within precise tolerances, and our quality assurance system conforms to 21 CFR part 820 cGMP requirements and allows for complete lot traceability. We also provide design and engineering consultation, product development services, and many packaging options, including those rated for cleanroom conditions.
Able to deliver parts on short, 4-6 week turnarounds, Biomedical Polymers is ready to help you move from concept to finished product.
