Polypropylene Centrifuge Bottles
Biomedical Polymers, Inc. used a Jomar, 135-ton injection blow molding machine to produce these 500 ml centrifuge bottles for use in a biopharmaceutical production application. We also supplied a platinum-cured O-ring and sterilized the bottles in a Class 100 clean room before packaging them under a Class 10 hood.
Our skilled and experienced employees manufactured the polypropylene part, which weighs approximately 55.5 grams, to +.005"/-.000" tolerances.
We produced 65,000 parts, as per the blanket order, with quarterly releases. We then bagged and placed the parts in 16" x 12" x 19" cartons for delivery to our biopharmaceutical industry client in Massachusetts.
See below for detailed part dimensions and contact us directly for more information on what our company can do for you.
