Our team selects the best materials, defines the required tolerances, and delivers custom 3D SolidWorks drawings as well as rapid prototype models for part visualization and concept confirmation. We engineer the tooling and molds, from simple to highly complex, as well as develop statistical process control applications to validate that the product is manufactured with a high level of conformity and the least possible material waste.
From design concept, to prototyping, through production manufacturing, our engineering services meet the needs of any laboratory or cleanroom application. We are an FDA-registered medical device manufacturer, operate an ISO 9001:2008 certified facility, and follow all applicable ANSI / AAMI / ISO guidelines.
